Looking to hire an individual with 10 years minimum managing fast paced, commercial projects. Hands on experience is a plus. Must be familiar with all phases of building and site construction. Tools and transportation are required.
Skills needed : Comfortable with computers & basic business software, Estimating and budgeting, Professional Communication skills necessary to establish & maintain relationships with clients and suppliers. Knowledge and hands on field experience in all phases of construction, willing to travel within the state of Florida, ability to speak Spanish would be a benefit.
